Welcome to the Blinn College Parking Portal

The 2026 summer permit will be available for purchase beginning May 8th!

The fall permit exact purchase date is still pending. (end of June - early July)

IMPORTANT: Print the temporary permit at the end of the purchase to 

display in your windshield until you receive your official permit. 

Brenham Campus Housing Students

On-campus housing students are required to purchase a "Resident" Parking Permit if parking a vehicle on campus. 

(Please make sure you are seeing the "RESIDENT" permit option before purchasing the permit)

Your parking permit will NOT be mailed. Check your Blinn email for pick-up instructions. 

RELLIS Campus Students

Blinn College students attending classes at the RELLIS Campus must purchase a parking permit through Texas A&M University Transportation Services. 

Blinn College permits are NOT valid at the RELLIS Campus.

RELLIS Campus permits are not valid at Blinn College Campuses.

Brenham/Bryan Commuter Students

Brenham commuter permits will be mailed. 

Bryan commuter permits will NOT be mailed. Check your Blinn email for pick-up instructions.

If you are using your financial aid or a payment plan to purchase a permit,

select "Student Account" as your method of payment during checkout.

Note: You must be registered for classes and have Financial Aid or a payment plan in place to use this option.

Permits will only be issued to the student and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
